Order preparation and shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation, for deliveries in mainland Portugal. We work with trusted shipping companies, ensuring your order is delivered in perfect condition.
Shipping costs and delivery times
- Mainland Portugal: shipping costs are free.
- Azores and Madeira: a shipping fee of €6.00 applies. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
- Spain: the shipping cost is €6.00. Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Order tracking
After your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an SMS with the tracking code and instructions to monitor the delivery status.
To ensure a smooth delivery, always confirm that the contact details and address provided at the time of purchase are correct.
Delivery delays or problems
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, or if it does not arrive within 72 business hours after payment confirmation (for deliveries in mainland Portugal), please contact us at camirra.lda@gmail.com.
